All products sold through our store are printed on demand via a third-party provider, Printify. Due to the custom nature of each order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including but not limited to sizing issues, color preferences, or buyer’s remorse. Minor variations in print placement, color, or alignment are normal and expected in print-on-demand products.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and understand that your item is uniquely produced for you.

Return & Defect Policy

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@scrublifetees.com with clear photographic evidence of the issue. Verified defective products will qualify for a replacement at our discretion.

Replacement Timeline:
Once your replacement claim is approved, the new item typically ships within 5–10 business days, plus additional shipping time depending on your location.

How to Request a Replacement:

  1. Email us at contact@scrublifetees.com with your order number and photos clearly showing the defect.

  2. We will review the photos and coordinate with Printify to resolve the issue promptly.

  3. Once approved, we will notify you with next steps and tracking information for your replacement.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for fit, sizing, color preferences, or change of mind.

  • Minor print variations up to 0.5 inches are considered acceptable and not defects.

  • Claims made after 30 days of delivery cannot be processed.
