1. Eligibility

To make purchases from our store, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

 

2. Products & Orders

  • All products are custom-printed using a print-on-demand model via Printify.

  • Please review all sizing guides, color selections, and product descriptions before placing your order.

  • Because items are made-to-order, slight variations in placement, tone, or fit may occur.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days.

  • Shipping timelines vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected, but average 5–10 business days (U.S.) and 10–20 business days (international).

4. Payment Methods

We offer secure checkout using the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Shop Pay (if using Shopify)

  • Wix Payments (if using Wix)

All transactions are encrypted and processed securely through our e-commerce platform.

 

5. Returns, Exchanges & Defects

We do not offer refunds. However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 30 days at contact@scrublifetees.com

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll coordinate with Printify to issue a replacement at no additional cost

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product photos, and content on this site are the property of Scrub Life Tees or our licensed partners. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

 

7. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to cancel orders or suspend access for customers engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited behavior.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that result from the use of our products or website, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

 

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
